The Care Your Kids Deserve

We strive to build strong relationships with children and families in the Middle/Upper Blue Mountains community. Adopting a collaborative and client centred approach in our practice with a strong emphasis on whole family wellbeing and support.
What does a session look like?
Sessions are 60mins. We are a play based centre with a heavy focus on sensory integration supports, attachment and relationship building that aims to support areas of development including, self-regulation skills, gross motor skills, fine motor skills, sensory processing, behavioral organization, social skills building.

Social Groups (Outdoor and Indoor)
We provide Outdoor and Indoor social based groups.
Our outdoor Adventure Group is a weekly program that combines Adventure Therapy and Occupational Therapy to support individuals to increase social opportunities and experiences. The site and locations are all across the Blue Mountains.
Our Indoor social based programs are small groups that enable kids to take their first steps away from 1 to 1 therapy and begin to practice their social skill building with peers to improve social success through play.
